Meet Thembekile
Thembekile Dube is the founder of Trust in Love, a practice rooted in ritual, meditation, energy work, and a lifelong relationship with the magic of being alive.
Magic has been part of Thembekile’s story long before it became her profession. She comes from a lineage where traditional wisdom, ancestral knowledge, and a deep connection to the natural world have shaped her understanding of life. She believes the Earth is her temple, and that there is something greater moving through all of us.

Her formal study began with the human body. She studied Biology with the intention of pursuing medicine and later worked in hospital settings, where she gained a deeper understanding of both the complexity of the body and the ways modern medicine supports it. It was through this experience that she began to wonder whether there were other ways of supporting people that reached beyond what could be seen or treated on the surface.
That question led her deeper into meditation, energy healing, and the relationship between the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our lives. She has completed training in energy healing practices including Reiki, therapeutic touch, meridian theory, chi, and prana, while continuing to draw from both ancestral wisdom and lived experience.
Today, Thembekile brings these threads together through Trust in Love, creating intentional spaces for meditation, ritual, and ceremony that invite people to slow down, reconnect, and listen inwardly.
